Read This) Make sure here you have accepted quest which is at the wanted poster to kill elite mob. I forget it and my friend shares it to me, when we went to kill him. The other advice is to look for a friend for that quest. I write it now here to start because I know how difficult is to find a group or just one man.

145 step) Go do: "Stepping Up Security" tloc. large area around 20.43

146 step) Go do "The Twilight Mystery" tloc. around 17.22

147 step) Now go turn in "Report to General Kirika" tloc. 50.69 and accept "Scouring the Desert"

148 step) Go do "Noggle's Last Hope" along with "Scouring the Desert"

1) 44.75 Rock stalker fang and Stonelash Flayer Stinger are close around
2) 36.61 Stonelash Pincer Stinger

Don´t forget to find Silithyst Geyser for "Scouring the Desert" spawn is random but it is in that area. I am pretty sure you find it.

149 step) Go turn in "Scouring the Desert" tloc. 51.70

149 step) Go do "Wanted - Deathclasp, Terror of the Sands"

1) 41.88 - entrance
2) Deathclasp – 43.90

150 step) Go turn in all quests to Cenarion Hold and accept new ones. tloc. 51.38

- "Noggle's Last Hope" and accept "Noggle's Lost Satchel"

- "The Twilight Mystery" and accept "The Deserter"

- "Wanted - Deathclasp, Terror of the Sands"

151 step) Turn in "The Deserter" tloc. in the cave 67.69 and skip "The Twilight Lexicon"

152 step) Go do: "Noggle's Lost Satchel" tloc. 44.91 it is soloable, just wait when the patrol is far enough.

153 step) Go turn in "Noggle's Lost Satchel" tloc. 51.38 – Cenarion Hold

154 step) Use hearthstone to the Ratchet or fly to Ratchet and then fly to Felwood

155 step) Go do "Toxic Horrors" tloc. around 47.23

156 step) Go turn in "Cleansed Water Returns to Felwood" and accept "Dousing the Flames of Protection" tloc. Emerald Sanctuary - 51.82

157 step) Go do "Dousing the Flames of Protection" tloc. 35.59 – entrance

Also there drops item Blood Red Key, which starts "A Strange Red Key". It´s escort quest. I recommend you if you have clear way from cage to 36.53 then just do it. tloc. for cage – 36.55

158 step) Go turn in "Rescue From Jaedenar" and "Dousing the Flames of Protection" accept "A Final Blow" and "Retribution of the Light" tloc. Emerald Sanctuary – 51.82

159 step) Go do "Retribution of the Light" and accept "The Remains of Trey Lightforge" then go deeper in the cave and do "A Final Blow" tloc. 35.59 – entrance again

160 step) Go turn in "The Remains of Trey Lightforge" and "A Final Blow" tloc. Emerald Sanctuary – 51.82

161 step) Fly to the Winterspring

162 step) Turn in "Are We There, Yeti?" tloc. 60.37

163 step) Go turn in "Toxic Horrors" tloc. 31.45

164 step) Fly to Orgrimmar

165 step) Accept there "A Call To Arms: The Plaguelands!"

166 step) Fly to Undercity by zeppelin and make it your home.

167 step) Turn in "A Sample of Slime..." tloc. 47.72 (You need to create Corrupted Felwood Sample. Use bowl on the table)

168 step) Go to Bulwark (east of Tirisfal Glades) and turn in "A Call To Arms: The Plaguelands!" accept "Scarlet Diversions" tloc. 83.68

169 step) Accept there and turn in all quests!

- Turn in "The Everlook Report"
- Accept and turn in "Argent Dawn Commission"
- "The So-Called Mark of the Lightbringer"
- "A Plague Upon Thee"

170 step) Loot in Bulwark „Flame in a Bottle“ (in the box on the ground)

171 step) Go accept "Better Late Than Never" (she is in the house) tloc. 38.54

172 step) Go do "Better Late Than Never" Janice´s Parcel is in the next house. Box on the ground and accept next part. tloc. 38.55

173 step) Go do "Scarlet Diversions" (use the bottle to burn it and plant the banner) tloc. 40.52
